Dimple is built and brought to market by Ricochet. This policy explains what we collect when you raise your hand to learn about Dimple, and how we use it. We keep it short and we keep it honest.

What we collect

When you submit one of our forms — including a Facebook or Instagram lead form — you may share:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your business name, trade, and team size
• Optional context you choose to give us about how you run your business

If you book a demo, we also keep the time you chose and notes from our conversation.

How we use it

• To contact you about Dimple — to schedule and hold a demo, and to follow up about founding membership
• To understand whether Dimple is a fit for your business
• To improve the product and how we explain it

That's it. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

Facebook & Instagram lead forms

If you reach us through a lead ad on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes us the information you submit on that form. Your use of Meta's platforms is also governed by Meta's own privacy policy.

Tools we use

We use standard business tools to receive and organize what you send us (for example, an automation service and a database). They process this information on our behalf and only to provide their service to us.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Just email us and we'll take care of it.
